As our Systems Administrator, you'll be instrumental in managing HubSpot integrations, data synchronization, and automations, directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and operations teams.
Your mission will involve not only connecting systems but ingeniously weaving them into a seamless operational tapestry, thus unlocking significant organizational optimizations.
Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and management of HubSpot integrations, ensuring data synchronization and automation processes are streamlined across platforms.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to refine external tool flows, including data warehouses, KPI tracking automation, and BI tooling, to optimize performance and insights.
Proactively identify, develop, and implement new use-cases that propel organizational efficiency, moving beyond mere connections to achieve meaningful integrations.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation, promoting the internal adoption of automation, dashboards, and operational flows, enhancing organizational literacy and utilization.
Engage in the development of small workflow and internal tooling applications, leveraging platforms like Retool to craft bespoke solutions that address specific operational needs.
Requirements Basic coding proficiency with experience in databases, APIs, and Google Big Query.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with an understanding of integration and automation mechanisms.
Previous experience working with Retool or similar platforms is highly advantageous, enabling the development of internal tools and workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving towards common goals and operational efficiencies.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
