Your Responsibilities:
Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents/requests raised by monitoring systems or reported by customers.
Efficiently operate monitoring systems and escalate L3 and above incidents/requests to other teams.
Perform routine procedures and off-hours scheduled tasks.
Troubleshoot networks and systems, ensuring reliable operations.
You Must Have:
At least a 12th-grade education or current university attendance.
Previous experience in similar functions.
Strong computer skills in Windows, Unix/Linux, and virtualization environments.
Knowledge of structured networks and TCP/IP protocols.
Availability for 24/7 shifts.
Good knowledge of English.
