We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Swiss-German-speaking employees for our remote team!We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers! As a Customer Support you will: Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) : 1010€ gross x 14 months, up to 120€ gross performance bonus (x12 months), 20€ transport bonus / month (permanent monthly supplement) 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher – given as a pre-paid card What do we expect?
