Responsibilities Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions in the consumer services industry.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each job vacancy.
Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top-quality candidates.
Utilizing various recruitment channels, such as online job boards and social media platforms, to find potential candidates.
Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job.
Managing and updating candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Providing regular updates and reports to hiring managers and clients on the progress of recruitment activities.
Requirements Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process and understanding of industry best practices.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
