Your Role
As the Service Manager, you'll be the primary interface managing contract compliance and administrative responsibilities. Your daily tasks will involve:
Conducting Service Management Reviews with key client stakeholders to ensure services and performance align with business plans.
Coordinating regular contract reviews and capturing areas for possible changes or updates.
Managing customer relationships and ensuring overall customer health through regular reviews.
Handling customer enablement duties such as training, access requests, and ongoing customer needs.
Managing service level assessments, reporting, and analysis.
Reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing action plans.
Seeking areas for process enhancements and driving improved performance.
Providing accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management.
Participating in business meetings and contributing to day-to-day improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
Professional Certifications
ITIL V3/v4 certification.
CISCO CSM.
