We are recruiting for the role of Sustainability Specilist (M/F) for Construction & Development Team!
Key Responsibilities: ESG Strategy Development & Implementation: Support the development and implementation of the company's ESG strategy, ensuring sustainable practices across all business units.
Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data across multiple business units.
Develop and implement procedures for regular monitoring, identifying trends and areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency.
Certification Management: Support the implementation of LEED and BREEAM certifications, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants to ensure certification requirements are met.Manage annual audits and continuous improvement efforts for ongoing certifications, including LEED for Operations and Green Key.
Annual ESG Reporting: Assist in the preparation of annual ESG reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate in managing ESG information submissions across various tourism and hospitality industry platforms, ensuring transparency and reliability.
ESG Communication & Training: Suggest and support the creation of engaging content on ESG initiatives for internal and external channels (website, social media, intranet).
Partner with the training team to develop and deliver educational programs on ESG policies, fostering an organization-wide commitment to sustainability.
Project Coordination: Work closely with green teams at hotels to implement sustainable initiatives, sharing best practices and tracking project progress.
Requirements: Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or Management.
Additional training or certification in Sustainability (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ESG data management, compliance, project management, or consulting.
Proven expertise in environmental certification processes, particularly LEED and BREEAM (preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data collection and analysis tools, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring precision in all aspects data and reporting.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, informative, and engaging ESG content.
Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities to foster effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Personal Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
