Sustainability Specialist (M/F)

By managing a portfolio of assets and projects that complement the Engineering, Construction, and Environmental segments, we align closely with the Group's core businesses to achieve sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAligned with the Mota-Engil Group's Strategic Plan and Goals, the responsibilities encompass supporting the business unit and its companies by:
Identify, promote, and monitor ESG requirements (legal, standards, best practices, …)Develop and implement ESG plans and initiatives, including decarbonization programs.Collaborate in the ESG reporting process .Support responses to ESG questionnaires from different stakeholders.Promote sustainability-focused training and communication, both internally and externally.Required Skills and ExperienceOrganized, flexible, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role.Candidate requirementsBachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Environment), Business or Management or related field.Proficient English language abilities to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms. knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.Available to travel as needed.What We OfferA dynamic, collaborative, and flexible work environment.Opportunities to make a meaningful impact and work in a diverse portfolio of projects.A competitive compensation and benefits package.Join us in shaping a sustainable future.
