Job Description Provide 2nd line technical support, handling escalated incidents from 1st line support.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.Diagnose system errors, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex technical challenges.Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles for internal use. Qualifications Professional experience in functional analysis or systems development/implementation roles;Proficiency in English.Good learning ability, organization, autonomy and dynamism;
