Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clientsJob DescriptionProvide 2nd line technical support, handling escalated incidents from 1st line support.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.Diagnose system errors, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex technical challenges.Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles for internal use.QualificationsProfessional experience in functional analysis or systems development/implementation roles;Proficiency in English.Good learning ability, organization, autonomy and dynamism;
