Support Officer, Corporate Services, BE Lisbon (PRT24.383)British Embassy in Lisbon is part of a worldwide network representing British political, economic, security and consular interests overseas.We are now seeking a top-quality Support Officer who will work at the heart of the British Embassy in Lisbon, in its Corporate Services Section.The main purpose of this job is to provide Reception, Driving and Administrative duties.Main Duties And Responsibilities:Reception duties (approx. 15% of role);Driving duties (approx. 55% of role), provide additional driving support on requests and programmes;Provide general administrative support (approx. 30% of role);Deliver excellent customer service, at all times;Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail (e.g., answering telephones, transferring calls, attending to the public and checking in visitors, liaison with internal customers on conference room bookings, arranging transport or taxi bookings, liaison with security guards on visitor arrivals);Assisting departments with set-up for events in conference rooms or Residence, including set-up of IT equipment;IT support: co-ordinate IT shipments, packaging and despatch;Supervising contractors on delivery of supplies or during works.Nível de experiênciaAssistente
