Support Engineer Level 2 W/French - Lisbon

What are we looking for? IT background and/or experience in a customer support structure or in a stock exchange - securities back office service;
SQL Skills;
Knowledge of the financial/banking field;
Knowledge of the JAVA or IBMi world;
Knowledge ticketing tool (Jira);
Fluent in French (mandatory).
