What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry. Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures. Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
