What you will do in this role As a Support Advisor, you will: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on a social media platform. Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues or answer questions. Handle complaints and negative feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, such as technical support or management, while following up to ensure resolution. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Romanian (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2). Have excellent communication and active listening skills. Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions. Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
