Descrição do emprego Mission: Optimize stock levels and ensure a sustainable stock availability for Stores and Distribution Centers, at the same time, ensuring quantity order vs. received are in line with our requirements and needs.
Responsabilities: - Support analysis of order system proposals, learning to align these with store, distribution, and supplier needs.
Start developing an understanding of order optimization; - Assist in purchase order management, to ensure stock availability and balanced stock days (avoiding both excess and shortages) for stores and distribution centers, gradually contributing to cash flow efficiency; - Coordinate and assist with store orders based on needs, understanding supplier minimums, delivery schedules, and platform timing; - Contribute to optimizing order parameters such as minimum order quantities (MOQ), presentation stock, and additional coverage, developing skills in maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness; - Learn to support demand planning forecasts, assisting with adjustments as necessary to align with changing store and distribution needs; - Daily follow-up on supplier service levels, developing skills in identifying service gaps and helping ensure delivery timelines meet business needs; - Assist with managing stock shortages and excesses through short-term actions, like inter-store transfers, making cost-effective choices with team support; - Collaborate with demand planners, logistics, and stores to start identifying future constraints and learning proactive planning strategies; - Identify and address stock-outs in assortment, liaising with suppliers to expedite orders as necessary; - Analyze and suggest minimum stock levels periodically for stores, balancing seasonal needs, business goals, and disruptions to help maintain stock efficiency; - Collaborate with demand planners on forecasting and mitigation actions for potential stock issues to gradually build expertise in stock management; - Partner with stores, offer teams, and suppliers to support stock efficiency plans, working with mentors to fulfill special requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualificações Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics Management and Distribution, Supply Chain,  among others; Experience in the Procurement Systems, Operations and/or Stock Management; Fluency in English; Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit; Data driven and attention to detail; Professional internship contract directly with Makro.
