Join us.Supply Chain Mgr-Transportation Management SystemsWhat you will doIn this role, you'll be pivotal in designing, owning, and enhancing business processes within Amgen's global transport operations. Partnering with regional and global stakeholders, you'll ensure the seamless movement of goods, maintaining compliance, safety, and sustainability standards. You will:Oversee and improve Amgen's Transport Management System (TMS), enhancing process efficiency and ensuring uninterrupted supply.Drive a mindset of Reliability, Efficiency, Agility, and Differentiation within transport operations.Collaborate cross-functionally with local Global Supply Hubs, Quality, and Regional Supply Chain teams to align global needs.Develop a roadmap and execute process improvements, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.Lead global and local initiatives to continuously improve cost-efficiency and enhance system and process standards.Maintain transparency on performance metrics with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.What we expect of youOur ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative supply chain professional who can navigate complex challenges with resilience. Basic qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in pharma distribution or transport.Demonstrated proficiency in Transport Management Systems and SAP.Knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance and familiarity with Six Sigma principles.Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional relationships.Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).Project management experience with a strong process orientation.Preferred Qualifications:Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.Experience in end-to-end supply chain processes.Familiarity with risk management, FMEA, and OE tools
