Conextivity comprises two core business activities: Fischer Connectors and Wearin'.For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for an Supply Chain Manager to lead the supply chain activities, considering the business needs, to a high standard level (best in class) concerning the areas of internal logistics and warehouse, external logistics, production scheduling and supply planning with a focus on service level, lead time to customers and inventory levels: WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE: - Schedule the production lines production in order to achieve maximum efficiency and fulfill the global production plan - Plan supply from third parties to achieve cost, lead time and inventory levels according to target - Evaluate load and capacity of production lines - Manage the warehouse in compliance with inventory best practices and having the stock levels according to business goals - Manage reception and deliveries to ensure a smooth supply to production and best service levels to customers - Manage the activities and the customer service team to respond timely to customers and commercial subsidiaries - Actively participate in the definition of the most efficient transportation of goods between the several locations of the group and customers - Identification of improvements and elaboration of action plans to achieve better results - KPIs monitoring and development of actions to achieve targetsTHE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING - Engineering degree (nice to have) - Working experience in Supply Chain - Good knowledge on SAP and other applications (MS Office, Power BI) - Experience in managing teams - Knowledge in Lean Management (Kanban, pull flow, 5s, among others) - Very good leadership skills - Good negotiation skills - Very good analytical mindset - Creativity and passion for improvement - Resilience - Capable of dealing with distinct subjects from internal logistics to overall supply chain aspects - Fluent in Portuguese and English (French relevant but not mandatory)#J-18808-Ljbffr
