\n What you'll do:As a Supply Chain Manager in the Production team, you will be at the core of our global supply chain team, being exposed to a worldwide supplier setup and having a direct impact on Emma's growth.You will manage daily interactions and work collaboratively with our suppliers and logistical partners, ensuring best-in-class operational performance and partner stability and reliability. You will ensure cost-effective purchasing and transportation of goods, managing the end-to-end process from suppliers to warehouses.You will develop a deep knowledge of our existing suppliers, their main production processes and key cost drivers per category.You will be fully responsible for measuring and improving supplier and transportation KPIs, challenging the status quo and ensuring enough flexibility for off-peak and peak periods. You will be an active collaborator in the product life cycle decision-making and team up with internal Stakeholders in product launches and phase-in and out products and suppliers.You will interact with key internal teams like Warehouse to Deliver, Strategic Procurement, S&OP, Finance and Product Success. What we're looking for:You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related subject area.You are a strong, out-of-the-box thinker with great business judgment who creates outstanding solutions for complex problems.You have 2+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management for the FMCG/E-commerce/Retail industries.You have dealt with external Business Partners – a Procurement/Buyer working background is an advantage.You can juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You are analytical, and data-driven and can break down complex problems into smaller, actionable ones. You are driven by continuous improvement.You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and thinking in a process-oriented way.As an excellent communicator, you easily manage various stakeholders.You are a team player and have excellent English skills (further foreign language skills are an advantage e.g., Chinese)You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to "roll up your sleeves." Someone who can keep a holistic overview can structure complex problems and link cross-team business implications.
