Your mission will be…
Overall support of the Supply Chain Management Indirect Material Team on daily activities: Support the data analysis of activities related to the purchasing function and its decision-making as well as data of the different purchasing commodities (through handling of dynamic tables, Excel macros, Dashboards, SAP, etc.);
Collaborate with the Siemens's division's buyers, in the different purchasing processes: sourcing (search for suppliers, offers and negotiations), contracting (document preparation, signature process and digital files validation), evaluation and development of suppliers;
Collaborate in the automation of purchasing processes through Office 365 tools: Power Automate, Forms, Sharepoint, Power BI;
Review of the qualification and segmentation status of suppliers and support in the execution of relevant tasks related to the processes;
Support the travel management function;
Collaboration on new projects that may arise.
We are looking for someone with…
Ability to work in an International environment;

Decision making/problem solving;
Interest and knowledge on digitalization and new technologies, especially, process automation tools associated with Office 365 or others.
