Then Emma is the right place for you.What you will do:You will be part of the Offline (B2B) Operations EU team, actively setting the framework for organizational transformation and enabling the growth of one of our most promising sales channels.You will work directly with the Team Lead of Supply Chain Excellence to enhance the overall supply chain processes and make strategic decisions that will bring the B2B channel to the next level.You will take responsibility and bring in your ideas: You will design and improve the processes accordingly to achieve higher levels of excellence.You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smoothest processes, project milestones are met, and deliverables are achieved.You will manage and oversee supply chain improvement projects from conception through implementation.You will utilize continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency.You will develop a monitoring system to follow up on indicators and relevant data, to conceptualize and drive improvements in the current Offline (B2B) Supply Chain.What you have:You have finished a graduation degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, logistics, or a related field.You have relevant working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or logistics and/or project management.You have a strong understanding of supply chain and can drive strategic concepts for an excellent Supply Chain.You have strong project management skills (experience with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile are a plus).You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customer-centricity and business requirements.You are a self-starter and can work independently.You have a positive mindset to overcome problems and to find out-of-the-box solutions.You enjoy working with different teams and take high ownership for your tasks.You are strong analytically and have a strong appetite for making evidence-based rational decisions.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.You are fluent in English (other EU languages are a plus).You are experienced in project and process management methods and have knowledge in Jira and Confluence & you enjoy automations (programming languages like Python and/or SQL are a plus)
