In order to continue our growth story, we are looking for an experiencedOperations Manager & ERP Product/Process Owner (100%)in our Services Center in Moreira da Maia in Portugal .In this newly created role, you have the unique opportunity to combine your experience in operations management, business analysis, project management, and management consulting on a mission to implement HeiQ's new global ERP (Odoo) and create the highest level of efficiency possible within our organisation. Your responsibilities Initially in a key project role in implementing our new ERP:Providing agile project leadership, determining how project phases are run, ensuring that the entire team understands the methodology and their roles and responsibilities in delivering. In collaboration with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into crystal clear user stories, mapping processes (BPM of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing), defining KPI and data model. Grooming & prioritising the product backlog, setting sprint goals, and ensuring that all work required to take customer-usable releases from concept to deployment is considered. Aligning stakeholder expectations with the team's capacity and confidence in delivering in terms of timeline and scope. Driving the Review & Retrospective meetings for the scrum team and ensuring that the learnings are implemented as part of continuous improvements.
