Unibike is a prominent manufacturer and distributor of top-tier bicycles and electric bikes, committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in customer service. We partner with leading brands like Neomouv to deliver high-quality products to our customers. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Supply Chain Assistant to oversee the supply chain operations specifically for our Neomouv customer.Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Assistant will oversee Neomouv Unibike customer. Will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain processes related to Neomouv products. This role involves close coordination with Neomouv, managing logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate information records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Coordination:- Serve as the primary point of contact for Neomouv regarding supply chain matters dealing with Unibike.- Ensure seamless communication between Unibike and Neomouv to address any supply chain-related issues or concerns.- Coordinate and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.Logistics and Transportation:- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for Neomouv products, including transportation and warehousing.- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of information to the parties involved.Supplier and Vendor Management:- Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.Data and Record Management:- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities related to Neomouv.- Update and manage supply chain databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy namely the ERP of Neomouv and the tools built on the web via Airtable.Administrative Support:- Provide administrative support to the supply chain management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures specific to Neomouv.Continuous Improvement:- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and propose actionable solutions.- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Qualifications- Education: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field like accounting is preferred.- Experience: Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role, particularly with customer-specific responsibilities. Knowledge of customs regulations and incoterms. Experience in import-export would be a big plus.Skills- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools is a plus.- Language: Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.Personal Attributes- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.What We OfferAn attractive project in the area of electric mobility, with many opportunities for professional and personal development in a young, dynamic and inspiring environment.
