Responsibilities:Managing multiple international accounts across Europe;Continually reporting and analysis to inform insight and deliver quick-impact actions to ensure processes adherence and maintenance;Securing and onboarding new accounts to deliver incremental growth and ensure KPIs are delivered;Assisting in the development of best practices across the Account Management function;Reporting directly to management;Supporting colleagues and working to employ best practices across the business.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Fluency in Portuguese, English, and other European languages (mandatory);Strong communication skills, being comfortable to interact over phone, email, online, and in-person meetings;Strong planning and organization skills;Valid team player;Negotiation competencies;Domain of computer skills (Office, proficiency in Excel);Data analysis experience (Tableau knowledge is a plus).
