Overview / Summary: Our client is a global innovation and solutions partner, manufacturing low-emission and alternative fuel power needs.

Key Responsibilities: Manage claims related to supplier deliveries, ensuring timely and effective resolution; Establish direct communication with suppliers to align on corrective and preventive actions; Monitor supplier performance with a focus on quality and on-time delivery; Maintain updated records and reports on incidents and resolution statuses; Collaborate with internal teams, such as Production and Quality, to ensure efficient logistics processes; Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align expectations and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, claims management, or similar roles within the automotive industry; Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), essential for international supplier communication; Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Knowledge of claims management tools or ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP); Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
