Supervisor Cosmetics Industry with German in Porto

Responsibilities:
Motivate and Lead Team: Set clear goals, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.
Develop Individuals: Provide coaching and monitor quality, productivity, and attendance.
Ensure Service Levels: Meet SLAs and KPIs by optimizing resources and processes.
Achieve KPIs: Track performance data and align with organizational goals.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify improvements and implement action plans.
Requirements:
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German.
Availability to work in rotating shifts.
Interest, passion, and solid experience managing teams (minimum 2 years).
Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry (desirable).
Experience in contact center and digital marketing (a plus).
High school diploma.
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.

Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months.

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern. More details about this will be given in the next steps of the recruitment process.
Salary Package:
Base salary without apartment benefit: €1,395
Base salary with apartment benefit: €1,036
Package without apartment benefit: €21,126
Package with apartment benefit: €16,100
