Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma, intends to recruit a Supervisor, Quality Control (m/f) to integrate Quality Control Department, on-site work.
Main Responsibilities: Provide directions to SA team using short-term objectives, general policies and management guidance Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and testing specifications.
Monitor the testing techniques of EM personnel and ensure the accuracy of all records and documentation is done in the EM lab Review /approve EM trend report, deviations, risk assessments Evaluate sterile operators aseptic technique behavior.
Assist with training of manufacturing personnel in response to adverse environmental data Review and approve Media Fill rationales and protocols Approve routine Media Fill reports Approve calibration/qualification of results and reports of equipments with impact on sterility assurance Profile: Degree in microbiology, biotechnology or biological Sciences At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical laboratories and namely in Quality is essential Specific work experience in Microbiology department will be a plus Prior team leader experience is required 3 - 5 years' experience of similar functions and team management Good analytical and organizational skills and should have the ability to think critically Capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines Ability to work as part of a team We offer: Direct contract with Hikma Salary appropriate to the functions performed Life insurance Health insurance Annual Performance Bonus High career prospects If you think this is a good opportunity for your professional career, join us and contribute to Better Health, within everyone's reach, every day
