Supervisor - German Speaker

Do you have previous experience managing medium-sized teams in a customer service environment, ensuring that they deliver the best service possible? Then you are our new supervisor for this project! What you'll do Manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 agents; Be responsible for the development of each individual, ensuring accountability for the quality, productivity, and attendance of the team; Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin. What you'll need Fluent level of German (C1 minimum) and English (minimum B2); Minimum 6 months of experience managing teams; Experience in a contactcenter; Leadership spirit, goodenergy, and motivation, focused on developing the team; Diversity orientation and judgment capability.
