Descrição Lead Local accounting team to be able to support daily operations with primary focus on statutory and local tax accounting requirements; Leading from Finance side implementation of business initiatives and procedures related to financial management, accounting, and/or payroll; Lead monthly and annualclosing (financial statements preparation, CIT, VAT, tax calculation etc.); Responsible for timely and accurate tax, statistics, and national bank reporting; Preparation of annual financial statements according to local statutory requirements; Coordination and support of the audits, internal SOX Controls; Preparation of transferpricing documentation with a support of external tax advisor; Monitoring and interpretation of legislative and regulatory requirements where necessary and ensuring any resulting amendments to processes or procedures are implemented. Perfil ideal Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Experience from 3+ yearin the Supervisor, Manager role; Knowledge of IFSR and GAAP standard will be plus; Preferable experience in FMCG sector; Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating compelling presentations; Team Player: A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from various departments; Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in work; Initiative: Proactive with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects; Upper intermediate knowledge of English.
