What you'll do Motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals; Ensures both individual and team productivity, manages performance, provides floor assistance and real-time coaching; Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement; Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback. What you'll need Native French, or German, or Italian or Spanish (minimum C1 – Mandatory) ; Fluency in English (C1 minimum); Solid experience managing teams (not necessarily in contact center environment); Professional maturity, ability and confidence in communicate with clients and stress resistance.
