What you'll do
Ensuring the team's development, monitoring and evaluation;
Motivating the team;
Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
Developing action plans for continuous improvement.
What you'll need
Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
Fluency in Portuguese (preferential);
Fluency in other languages is a plus;
Interest and passion for managing teams (experience is a plus);
Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business, trends and sales.
Analytical ability, decision making, and team player.
