What you'll do Managing and motivating the team monitoring and evaluation; Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team; Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin; Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators; Developing action plans for continuous improvement. What you'll need Native written and verbal communication skills in French; Good level of English Level minimum B2 (mandatory); Interest, passion and solid experience managing Teams (minimum 2 years); Availability for variable shifts; Experience in Beauty/cosmetics Industry (desirable); Experience in contact center and Digital Marketing (is a plus); Learn fast, agile and adaptable skills; Curious and sharp analytical mindset.
