Supervisor Equipment Service & Maintenance

Main Responsibilities:Maintenance Management:Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Coordinate the team of maintenance technicians and engineers.Ensure equipment availability and efficiency.Analyze and resolve technical faults and issues.Ensure compliance with construction norms and regulations.Process Automation:Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize operational processes.Supervise the installation and configuration of automated systems.Conduct testing and validation of automation systems.Stay updated with new technologies and automation trends.Systems Integration:Coordinate the integration of new equipment and systems with existing ones.Ensure compatibility and efficient communication between systems.Implement integration protocols and procedures.Train the team on new integrated systems.Team Management:Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team.Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.Identify training and development needs.Planning and Control:Plan and control the inventory of parts and materials.Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare technical and administrative reports.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or related fields.Proven experience in maintenance, construction, automation, and equipment integration.Advanced knowledge of automation and control systems.Leadership and team management skills.Critical analysis and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of technical norms and regulations.Planning and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactivity and initiative.Results-oriented.Adaptability and flexibility.Ability to work under pressure.Ethics and responsibility.
