What you'll do Manage and motivate the team, monitoring and evaluation; Be responsible for the development of each individual, ensuring accountability for the quality, productivity, and attendance of the team; Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize productivity in the team and ensure the desired operational margin; Ensure the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators; Develop action plans for continuous improvement. What you'll need Native written and verbal communication skills in German; Good level of English (minimum B2, mandatory); Interest, passion, and solid experience managing teams (minimum 2 years); Availability for variable shifts; Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry (desirable); Experience in contact center and digital marketing (is a plus); Ability to learn quickly, with agile and adaptable skills; Curious and sharp analytical mindset.
