Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the service teams in consultation with the local Service coordinators until the wind farm is handed over to the customer;
Coordinate the interfaces between the service teams;
Work together with the project team to ensure smooth processes on site;
Support the CM within the project with all the service team requirements;
Ensure the fast and efficient removal of NCs by coordinating material deliveries and team allocations as part of commissioning and the 300h maintenance, such as creating CS orders;
Responsible for determining the causes of NCs;
Evaluate the effort to rectify the NCs during commissioning and the 300h maintenance;
Assist in clarifying technical non-conformities in accordance with the PM processes;
First level support to clarify technical deviations in accordance with PM processes for the service teams on site.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or similar;
At least 3 years' experience in team management and international environments;
Fluent in English, other languages as a plus (Spanish, Greek, Italian,…);
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, SCADA as a plus;
Team player with excellent communication skills;
Strategic and analytical mindset;
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
Availability to travel.
