Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the service teams in consultation with the local Service coordinators until the wind farm is handed over to the customer;Coordinate the interfaces between the service teams;Work together with the project team to ensure smooth processes on site;Support the CM within the project with all the service team requirements;Ensure the fast and efficient removal of NCs by coordinating material deliveries and team allocations as part of commissioning and the 300h maintenance, such as creating CS orders;Responsible for determining the causes of NCs;Evaluate the effort to rectify the NCs during commissioning and the 300h maintenance;Assist in clarifying technical non-conformities in accordance with the PM processes;First level support to clarify technical deviations in accordance with PM processes for the service teams on site.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor or master degree in engineering or similar;At least 3 years' experience in team management and international environments;Fluent in English, other languages as a plus (Spanish, Greek, Italian,…);Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, SCADA as a plus;Team player with excellent communication skills;Strategic and analytical mindset;Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;Availability to travel.Benefits:Extra day of vacation;Network of partners with discounts for employees;Possibility to grow professionally and have an international career.Looking for an exciting and challenging position with excellent career prospects in a growing enterprise?
