What you'll do As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize our clients' HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
Your Responsibilities include:
Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.Guide customers, both on-site and offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick wins.Lead and conduct Requirement Gathering Workshops and Trainings.Lead customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio.Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.What you bring More than 3 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.Good experience and knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Time off, Time tracking, Time sheet, and/or Talent modules.Good knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solution (preferable).Certified in SuccessFactors Time Management module.At least five end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM.Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate).Good knowledge of HR Business Processes.Good communication skills, both oral and written.SF Integration knowledge would be a plus.EC Payroll experience and skills would be a plus.Meet your team Daily flex routine, time recording, and scattered working hours.International Projects.Friendly and supportive colleagues.Flat organizational structure.Learning opportunities.We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
