Together, we are driving progress forward in a #OGJSTHE ROLE As a SAP SuccessFactors Expert, you will use your knowledge and experience with Talent Modules to help SBM HR community solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by: Being the guarantor of the appropriate configuration of SuccessFactors talent modules Ensuring Support to HRIS Projects or End Users in terms EC configuration improvement, Data setup, Business Rules, etc.
Managing Mass Data changes (import/Export) Leading the relationship with IT team to manage Data Interfaces between SuccessFactors and third-party systems Working closely with HR Process owners to deliver Business expectations within SAP Successfactors Talent Modules Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development the team JOB REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Talent Modules with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Talent Modules and Compensation At least one project leading the Talent Modules workstream for the FLC implementation, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service HRIS Project Manager Experience in Module implementation or Data Interface Preferred: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Talent Modules Certification strongly preferred Superior communications skills, both verbal and written Experience with Microsoft Office Products l Consulting firm experience
