TRANSITION.ROLE PURPOSE:For 2 years, SBM Offshore has implemented the full suite of SAP SuccessFactors to deliver the next generation of HR applications and services to our Employees. In order to continue our journey and to enable continuous improvements, we want to reinforce our current global HRIS team with a Senior SAP SuccessFactors expert.Missions:As a SAP SuccessFactors Expert, you will use your knowledge and experience with Employee Central to help SBM HR community solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:Being the guarantor of the appropriate configuration of SuccessFactors employee centralEnsuring support to HRIS projects or end users in terms of EC configuration improvement, data setup, business rules, etc.Managing mass data changes (import/export)Leading the relationship with IT team to manage data interfaces between SuccessFactors and third-party systemsWorking closely with HR process owners to deliver business expectations within SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralEnjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development in the teamJOB REQUIREMENTS:Mandatory:5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementationsStrong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central and CompensationAt least one project leading the Employee Central workstream for the FLC implementation, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and serviceHRIS Project Manager experience in module implementation or data interfacePreferred:Bachelor's degree strongly preferredEmployee Central Certification strongly preferredSuperior communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office productsConsulting firm experienceGENERAL INFORMATION:SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
