Purpose and Objectives SAP SuccessFactors HCM Services Delivery in EMEA/MEE supports our customers in their digital transformation and HR Transformation Journey. We sustain the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors HCM software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software.
Expectation and Tasks Your role involves delivering business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You will conduct the following tasks:
Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projectsPlan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customersAnalyze business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimizationWork together with a group of consultants on projectsOrganize yourself in a remote working styleTravel to customers and SAP meetings as requestedExpected Skills Successful completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree OR relevant knowledge and experienceProven project experience of implementation of Core HR Processes in a role of Lead ConsultantTechnology oriented with an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applicationsGreat communicator, organized, and quick at learning new technology skillsSelf-starter with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to drill down into technical issues and solve complex problemsAbility to deliver clear presentations and present complex information clearlyStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsWillingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroadExpectation of minimum 5+ years of experience within the HCM domainCertified and experienced in implementing SuccessFactors Employee CentralKnowledge of Time Management, Onboarding and/or any other SF module is an advantageKnowledge and implementation experience of other SAP HCM products will be seen as an advantageAdditional information Location: Portugal or other country within EMEA.
