Your mission will be… 
Part of an international team, with strong sales domain expertise bringing together processes, data and technology to accelerate Siemens sales transformation
As trusted partner you decisively strengthen the collaboration with the Sales across different businesses of Siemens regarding current challenges and future strategic developments
Collaborating regularly with Siemens businesses, internal IT partners and Service Delivery Partner to influence, deliver and drive continuous improvement.
Support in shaping and executing strategic Salesforce projects (e.g. CPQ, RLM) in a Hub and Spoke model.
Own different themes (e.g. CPQ, Sales Engagement, Contracts…) in SieSales (Siemens Salesforce CRM implementation) 
Evaluating User Stories (regional/HQ) and handing over to Service Delivery Key contact for all stake holders, like Business Partner, Service Delivery, internal IT partners and regional Champions.
Manage User Stories for required changes/enhancements or any other global requirements or changes for SieSales, ensuring that acceptance criteria are stated clearly and correctly in User Story, writing of test scripts and organizing test sessions with all relevant stake holders, testing of all User Stories and support Training and System Documentation in alignment with Business Partner.
Ensuring that best practices and guidelines are applied for each new User Story.
Provide first level support in your topics.
Governance for CPQ related topics to ensure SieSales processes are followed.

We are looking for someone with…
A successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar.
Extensive experience delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT projects for large-scale global enterprise environments.
Experience in managing IT Services in partnership with System Integrators 
Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications with the needed curiosity to question things.
Experience in CRM projects, especially with focus on CPQ services and sales processes, and knowledge of Salesforce is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of CPQ concepts, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, order management, and contract management.
Understanding of the CPQ objects data model.
Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.
You have proven ability to identify critical requirement information across sales processes and peripheral source processes and systems. You can evaluate potential implications associated with them and contribute to solutions.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts.
You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization.
Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills.
Business fluent in English. German is a bonus.
