Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a Streaming Platform Advisor for the Italian Market to work r emotely in Portugal.
Position: Streaming Platform Advisor Location: Remote Contract Type: 6 months contract ( opportunity of renewal) Starting Date: 31 July 2024 Shifts: -Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays) -07:00 AM 09:00 PM (8 hours per day in rotational shifts) -? 2 Days Off: rotational days Compensation and Benefits: -Welcome Bonus: 2000€ -Salary -Performance Bonus -Compensation Bonus -Daily Allowance -Transportation Allowance -Healthcare: Free from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months) Requirements: ? Italian (C2)+ English (B2) ? Experience in Customer Support (preferable) ? Internet with fiber ? High School Diploma (mandatory) ? EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card/permit (mandatory) ? Availability to work in shifts (mandatory) Job Responsibilities: -First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador.

-?Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries.
-Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.
-Provide technical support, troubleshooting system configurations, and network settings.
-Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries.
-Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
