We are looking for a candidate who shares these values and can make valuable contributions to our continuous growth and success.We welcome candidates with a background in Operations equipped with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. With more general work experience in strategy you could also contribute if you are open to learn and focused on creating impact. Ideally you have already gained some knowledge of LEAN principles, but that ´s not a must. With your strong networking skills you ensure alignment and implementation of your projects on all levels; able to convince the C-suite and explain the purpose of a measure to the workers on the shopfloor. So strong communication skills are a must. A data-driven mindset and process-driven thinking is what characterizes you. You will play a key role in organizational development initiatives to continuously evolve and adjust our structures, reflect our challenges and priorities while maintaining our values.Job RequirementsYou have:A degree in engineering / sciences / IT or business administration3+ years of professional experience (e.G. in operations), preferably as a consultant or project managerLEAN Experience is a plus
