The Strategy & Operations Associate will work closely with Growth Department leadership to support Sword Health's fast-paced expansion. This role will focus on driving revenue and enhancing member experience by taking on high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives. The associate will lead and assist in special growth-related projects that influence key business areas across departments, ensuring smooth execution of growth strategies and campaigns with significant cross-functional and financial impact. What you'll be doing: Assist in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization, and strategic planning. Support the growth organization in tactical campaigns designed to increase revenue and improve operational performance. Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth operations. Plan and coordinate key growth meetings, ensuring effective communication and information flow between teams. Drive the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency. Serve as a key contributor to the performance management and development of initiatives aimed at expanding Sword Health's market presence and client reach. What you need to have: 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or in a high-growth startup environment
