You will work closely with the Associate General Manager to spearhead analyses and initiatives aimed at optimizing the performance of our business and operations. You will also collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to align initiatives with company objectives and drive impactful change. What you will be doing: Perform strategic data analyses and draw actionable insights; Act as a thought partner to optimize Sword's business and operations; Find technology-driven opportunities for process improvement to help the vertical scale seamlessly in a context of rapid growth; Handle reporting of key performance indicators; Work with leaders of virtually all functions within the company to remove roadblocks and foster collaboration among teams.
