This position will report to the Director of Strategy and Partnerships and will help drive global strategic and operational excellence initiatives. Responsibilities: Strategic Blueprint: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to propel the company forward and drive business transformation. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure our business objectives seamlessly align with our overarching corporate strategy. Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis, providing concrete insights to identify growth opportunities. Business Analysis Expertise: Dive into the numbers, meticulously analyzing financial and operational data to extract actionable insights for enhancing business performance. Evaluate proposed strategies with a keen eye for feasibility, considering both internal capabilities and external market dynamics. Business Development (Partnerships): Conduct due diligence and business rationale for potential acquisitions in close collaboration with Division M&A team. Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the legal industry, companies' legal departments, and industry associations. Assess risks and opportunities associated with new ventures, providing comprehensive insights to inform key stakeholders. Collaborative Execution: Work hands-on with departmental teams, ensuring flawless execution of strategic initiatives that cement our position as an industry leader. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely, leveraging cross-functional expertise to bring strategies to life. Performance Metrics Mastery: Establish clear and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of strategic initiatives.
