The Company: Leading industrial machinery company in Europe.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal. It is essential to be Portuguese or have lived in the country for more than 10 years.
Overview: For this vital strategic position within the company in Portugal, we will invest in the selected candidate by offering an opportunity to work at our headquarters in Milan, alongside the Global Strategy Director. The objective is to provide training and direct learning from him and his strategy team. The candidate will spend one year working in Milan as an expatriate, after which they will return to Lisbon to assume the position of Strategy Manager for Portugal.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans to enhance company performance, growth, and overall profitability.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and risks.Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive progress towards corporate goals.Lead strategic projects from inception to execution, including resource allocation and timeline management.Communicate strategic visions to stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.Monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.Compensation: The salary is competitive, with accommodation and a special expatriation bonus provided during the stay in Italy.
Requirements: Higher education in Engineering or Business Administration.Postgraduate studies, MBA, or similar.Knowledge of project management.Bilingual Portuguese, with a high level of English and Spanish.
