You will ensure seamless integration of strategies, manage joint projects, and foster innovation roadmaps across hardware and software domains.This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the smart mobility ecosystem. Together with your peers you will be defining the future connected services for one of the largest OEMs in the world, working in an innovating and people-oriented environment that allows you to further enhance your skills.On a given day, a Strategic Integration Officer will:Drive the strategic objectives between the R&D and CT departments, integrating and aligning them with the overall business strategyCoordinate with project managers and strategy teams to ensure a holistic overview and detect delivery dependencies of integrated solutionsEstablish and maintain governance frameworks to prioritize projects and manage the integration process effectivelyCommunicate integration strategies and project progress to executive leadership and internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate collaboration between the R&D and CT departments to foster innovation and remove barriers to project successProvide technical and strategic guidance to ensure the company's technology stack supports the connected services goals and leverage the latest technologiesSupport the research and development of new technologies that can enhance the company's product offeringsFoster an environment that encourages experimentation and the exploration of new ideasRequirementsIn order to be successful in this role you will need:BSc. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Administration, or related field.
