You will lead and drive the development of the global supplier strategy for electromechanics components together with the business unit. For that, you will:Scout global market and participate in global trade fairs for electromechanics components; Define and share purchasing strategy with other departments; Ensure that the business plan, annual price negotiation, and ratio project targets for the assigned suppliers are achieved; Manage assigned suppliers as well as the review of purchase prices (e.G. shadow price calculations, price comparisons, market assessments); Support purchasing related logistics initiatives; Negotiate binding contracts for the responsible suppliers and change management with the suppliers (e.G. new award, design change, etc.).QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education: degree in industrial engineering and management, electronics engineering, management or similar; Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing. Experience with negotiation with suppliers. Knowledge of electromechanics would be a plus; Personality: strong negotiation and communication skills.
