Role: Ensure overall management of the shop, taking care of every aspect of the outlet's operation, including the implementation of brand values, and increase results and profitability.
Responsibilities: Overall shop management; Team leader and organiser; Compliance with cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards; Customer service; Dealing with complaints; Anticipating and solving problems; Compliance with legal requirements; Training and career development of team; Team recruitment.
