The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail employees to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for the luxury industry and a proven track record of driving results.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of retail employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and store operations.Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.Collaborate with headquarters to implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives.Assist with recruitment, training, and development of retail associates.Act as a brand ambassador and embody the values and image of the company at all times.Requirements:Previous experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.Knowledge of luxury brands and products preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Fluent English and Portuguese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
