We are recruiting a junior Jurist to strengthen our Legal Department.
Main Responsibilities and Functions:Ensure the analysis and negotiation of cross-border financial documentation (ISDA, ICMA, LMA; Syndicated Loans, Bonds, etc.)Prepare legal opinions and clarify doubts, at the request of the Group's various organic units, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
